    • Lodging
  • Primary lodging and Foray base will be at El Mesón, located at the south end of Chama. As of August 6th, There may still be a room or two left there The rooms are $65 plus tax (per day).
  • El Mesón also has an adjacent park area for those who prefer sleep in a camper or tent. The fee for a camping spot is $10 per night (Campers must be self-contained -- no facilities available).

    Meals
  • We will provide breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday only. For dinners, participants may choose from any of Chama's fine dining establishments.
  • The 2001 Foray will begin the evening of Thursday, Aug 23rd, and end the morning of Sunday, Aug 26th. We have decided to return this year to Chama, NM, site of the immensely successful 1997 Foray.
  • The Foray is open to NMMS and the NAMA members, as well as members of other recognized mycological organizations. NMMS members attending the Foray may also invite guests.
    • Dinner at Carlo's
    Sunday afternoon, plan to head over to Taos for the traditional Foray Dinner at Villa Fontana.
  • Sunday, 26 August
  • Wine and social beginning at 2pm; Dinner begins at 2:30
  • The cost of $45 per person covers meal, tax, and gratuity.
