New Mexico Mycological Society - Annual Foray
 Chama, NM - 23-26 August, 2001
Location: El Mesón, at south end of Chama.
Times & Dates: August 23-26, beginning after 5 PM on Thursday the 23rd.
  • Check in will be Thursday PM from 5-8, and Friday AM from 7-8, at El Mesón.
  • Plan on leaving by noon on Sunday.
    • Mycologist: Dr. Jack States
    Who may attend :
  • Members of NMMS, NAMA, and other recognized mycological organizations.
  • NMMS members attending the Foray may also invite Guests, who will pay the regular fee, and must be sponsored and accompanied by an NMMS member.
    • Fees
  • $60 per person. Members' children under age 15 may attend for ½ price ($30).
  • There will be no division of fees for this Foray.
  • A $20 per person late fee will be added for Registrations submitted after the August Meeting (August 7th).
  • Registrations cancelled prior to the August Meeting will be refunded less $20. No refunds after August 7th.
    Registration Instructions   Please read and follow these instructions carefully.
  • When filling out Registration Form, Please Print Legibly.
  • If you are not an NMMS member, specify in the "Additional Information" column to which Mycological Organization you belong.
  • Please mention special dietary considerations or needs in the "Additional Information" column on your Registration Form.
  • Include Name and City of Residence of all people covered by your Registration.
    • Note: If you are acting as contact person for members of your party, their full addresses are not necessary.
  • Include age of members of your party who are under 18. (For future reference, birth date would help.)
  • If you have an Email address, include this on the Registration Form.
  • Include a Contact Address if different from the Address on your Check.
  • Mail completed Registration Form and a Check for Foray amount, payable to NMMS, to Foray Registrar (address on Form).
