Bolete Casserole

Fill 1 qt casserole with sliced firm Boletes (fresh or frozen)
add ½ cup chopped celery
add ½ cup chopped onion

melt together:
2 Tb butter
2 Tb water (less for microwave)
1 chopped garlic clove
1 Tb parsley
1 Tb Italian seasonings: basil, oregano, thyme, etc.
Pour over Boletes

Crumble 2 slices bread as topping
Bake 30-45 min @ 350°.
